These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MANE: AI Hairstyle Pro (package name com.mane.hairstyle), including its application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). In these Terms, “MANE,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to the provider of the Service.

By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. The Service is not intended for children below the minimum age permitted by applicable law.

2. The Service

MANE provides AI-powered tools that let users select a photo, choose or describe a hairstyle direction, and generate a visual hairstyle preview. Features and availability may change over time. We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service, subject to applicable law.

3. Visual-Reference Disclaimer

Actual results depend on many factors that the Service cannot assess or control, including hair condition, texture, density, current color, previous treatments, lighting, styling, product use, technique, and the judgment of a stylist or other professional. Generated previews may be inaccurate, unrealistic, incomplete, or contain visual artifacts.

Do not rely on a preview as professional advice. Before making a material change or using chemical products, consult an appropriately qualified stylist or professional and follow relevant product instructions and safety guidance.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and responsibly. You must not:

• upload, process, or share content unless you have the necessary rights and permissions;
• violate another person’s privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or other legal rights;
• use the Service for harassment, exploitation, fraud, impersonation, deception, or other harmful conduct;
• create or distribute unlawful, abusive, sexually exploitative, or non-consensual content;
• attempt to bypass security, interfere with operation, introduce malicious code, or gain unauthorized access;
• reverse engineer, extract, copy, resell, or commercially exploit the Service except where applicable law expressly permits it; or
• use automated means to access or burden the Service without our written authorization.

5. Your Content

You retain any rights you have in photos, directions, and other content you provide (“User Content”). You are responsible for User Content and for ensuring that you have all rights, permissions, and consents needed to provide and process it.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, reproduce, transmit, modify, and process User Content solely as reasonably necessary to operate the Service, provide the feature you request, maintain security, comply with law, and enforce these Terms. This license ends when the relevant User Content is no longer needed for those purposes, subject to legal and technical limitations.

If User Content depicts another person, you are responsible for obtaining any permission required to use that person’s image. You must review a generated preview before saving, publishing, or sharing it.

6. Generated Content

Subject to applicable law and these Terms, you may use hairstyle previews generated for you. Similar or identical outputs may be generated for other users, and we do not guarantee that a preview is unique, eligible for intellectual-property protection, or free from third-party rights. You are responsible for how you use or share a preview.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, interface, text, graphics, and technology, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable law. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you. MANE and related branding may not be used without permission.

8. Paid Features and Google Play

If MANE offers paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases through Google Play, the price, billing period, renewal terms, trial terms, and other purchase details presented at checkout will apply. Payment processing, subscription management, cancellation, and eligible refunds are handled through Google Play and are also subject to Google Play’s terms and policies.

You can manage or cancel an applicable subscription in your Google Play account settings. Unless a checkout screen states otherwise, downloading MANE does not itself mean that every feature is free or that a subscription is required.

9. Feedback

If you voluntarily send ideas, suggestions, or other feedback, you permit us to use it without restriction or compensation, provided that doing so does not override rights in your personal information under applicable privacy law.

10. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address a violation of these Terms, security or abuse concerns, legal requirements, or material harm to the Service or others. Where appropriate and legally required, we will provide notice.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service may interact with third-party platforms such as Google Play. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services to the extent permitted by law.

12. Service Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that generated previews will be accurate, realistic, unique, or suitable for your intended purpose.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of the above may not apply to you.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, business opportunities, or anticipated savings arising from or related to the Service. We are not responsible for salon, styling, coloring, treatment, or hair-care decisions made based on a preview.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Rights available to consumers under mandatory law remain unaffected.

14. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your User Content, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or another person’s rights. This section does not apply where prohibited by applicable law.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without giving effect to conflict-of-law principles. Any mandatory rights or dispute forums available to you as a consumer in your place of residence remain unaffected. Before starting formal proceedings, you and we agree to make a reasonable effort to resolve the issue by contacting each other.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, law, or our practices. We will post the updated Terms and revise the “Last Updated” date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

17. General

If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our consent. We may transfer ours in connection with operating or reorganizing the Service, subject to applicable law. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, form the agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
