This Privacy Policy explains how MANE: AI Hairstyle Pro (package name com.mane.hairstyle) (“MANE,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) handles information when you use the application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

MANE lets users explore AI-generated hairstyle previews. You choose whether to provide a photo and select or describe a hairstyle direction. We process those inputs to produce the hairstyle preview you request.

1. Information We May Process

Photos you choose

When you use a hairstyle-preview feature, you may select or provide a photo. The photo may include your face, hair, and other visible details. We do not intend to access photos you have not selected or otherwise authorized for the feature.

Hairstyle directions and generated previews

We may process the choices, descriptions, reference concepts, or other directions you provide, together with the resulting hairstyle previews, to complete your request and display or deliver the result.

Technical and usage information

The Service may process limited technical or usage information needed to function, maintain security, diagnose problems, and improve performance. This may include device and operating-system information, app version, language settings, feature interactions, network information, and crash or diagnostic data.

Support communications

If you contact us, we receive the information you include in your message, such as your email address, message text, and any attachments you choose to send.

Purchase information

If paid features are offered through Google Play, Google Play handles payment processing. We may receive limited purchase-related information, such as product, transaction, purchase, or subscription status, to confirm access. We do not receive your complete payment-card or bank-account details from Google Play.

We may use information described above to:

• provide the hairstyle-preview feature you request;
• process your selected photo and hairstyle direction and return a generated preview;
• operate, maintain, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the Service;
• confirm access to paid features if they are offered;
• respond to support, privacy, or deletion requests;
• prevent misuse and protect users, the Service, and our rights; and
• comply with applicable legal obligations.

3. AI Hairstyle Processing

A hairstyle preview requires you to choose a photo and initiate the feature. The selected photo, hairstyle direction, and related processing information may be handled by automated systems to create the requested preview.

Generated previews are synthetic visual outputs. They can contain errors, artifacts, or unrealistic details and should be treated as inspiration rather than a prediction of a real-world result.

4. Device Access and Your Choices

Depending on the features you use, MANE may request access to photos or media so you can select an image and save a preview. Access is subject to your device settings and the permissions you grant. You can change permissions through your device settings, although disabling access may prevent the related feature from working.

You decide whether to select a photo, which photo to use, which hairstyle direction to request, and whether to save or share a preview.

5. When Information May Be Shared

We may make information available in the following limited circumstances:

• to service providers that support functions necessary to operate the Service, such as content processing, hosting, security, diagnostics, customer support, or purchase verification;
• to Google Play in connection with app distribution, payments, or subscriptions, if applicable;
• when required to comply with law, legal process, or a valid governmental request;
• when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or prevent fraud or abuse; or
• in connection with a business transaction, subject to applicable legal requirements.

We do not sell the photos you choose or the hairstyle previews generated at your request.

6. Retention

Different information may be kept for different periods depending on why it is processed. We retain information only as reasonably necessary to provide the requested Service, operate and secure the app, respond to requests, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it, subject to technical and legal limitations.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of electronic transmission, processing, or storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

8. Your Rights and Requests

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, such as requesting access, correction, deletion, or restriction; objecting to certain processing; withdrawing consent where processing relies on consent; or requesting a portable copy of eligible information.

Only provide photos and other content that you have the right and permission to use. If a photo includes another person, you are responsible for obtaining any permission required to process or share it. Do not use MANE to violate another person’s privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or other legal rights, or for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive purposes.

11. International Processing

Information may be processed in countries or regions other than the one where you live. Where required, we take steps designed to provide appropriate safeguards for such processing under applicable law.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service, our practices, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy and update the “Last Updated” date. Additional notice will be provided where required by law.
